Kirk was a well-known and respected finance professional, whose leadership and friendly nature will be missed by all who worked with him.

While the news is sudden, Kirk had been battling illness for some time and had made preparations for the Company to transition to a new CFO. As such Jeff Potwarka will be assuming Kirk’s duties as Orefinders’ new CFO.
